Jefferson Clinton Hotel – Syracuse, NY
Development, Construction, Pre-Opening Services, Property Management. BWBH coordinated the renovation of this vacant historical landmark originally built in 1929 into an award-winning market top performer and receiving Hyatt Hotel’s prestigious “Hotel of the Year” award. After operating as a franchise brand for 5 years, BWBH’s team then converted the 11-story high rise into an independant boutique hotel, including creating a brand, interior design, pre-opening marketing and on-going property management.
